Job Description

Woolcott Real Estate, one of the top real estate teams in Canada, is growing!We are growing again and looking for an agent assistant! This successful candidate will be working in tandem with two of our sales partners to support them in their sales activities. This job requires a self-starter who loves real estate, is detail-oriented and can pitch great social media ideas. Daily tasks include helping prepare paperwork, pick up and drop off lockboxes, answering emails, performing research, coming up with content ideas for social and more!Responsibilities/Skills

  • Oversee CRM and assist in keeping tasks up-to-date
  • Make phone calls (cold calls + warm calls)
  • Perform market research and assist in creating CMAs
  • Major point of contact for clients, so must have professional email and phone manner
  • Set up searches in RAHB/Matrix for buyers and sellers
  • Oversee and manage social media account
  • Book showings + manage calendar
  • Deliveries to clients’ homes and other errands
  • Assist with paperwork
  • Enter deals into Skyslope and manage transaction from beginning to close
  • Other duties as required
Our ideal candidate must have a driver's license and access to a vehicle. All mileage will be reimbursed. This is an in-office job and cannot be done remotely.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $16.50 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
