People who enjoy analyzing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting, advising, budgeting, or reporting.What You Will DoThe Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for:(1) Supporting the administration and analysis of the sales incentive compensation programs including calculation, reporting, and documentation administration;(2) General month end accounting and internal control monitoring;(3) Performance to Quota tracking; and(4) Preparation of key metrics and analysis on sales reps, territory and regional performance to support informed decision making by Division and Canada leadership.(5) Adjustment and Ticket and Issues Resolution through Forma platform.Individual Responsibilities:Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperationWork with the business to establish a clear understanding of products, sales channels, key accounts, marketing and selling strategiesConsistently meets service delivery expectations based on input from the businessResponsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and PerformanceFunctional Responsibilities:Provides supports to Associate Manager, Sales Compensation in accurately calculating incentive compensation payments and accrualsPerforms regular analysis and audit of information to ensure accuracy and data integrity with outside third-party provider, FORMAManages Danube sales alignment tool to ensure customer, sales rep, sub-territory and territory configuration in Danube is aligned with FORMAMaintains and communicates the compensation calendar of events to ensure timelines are consistently metResponsible for FORMA ticket management system, dealing with HR, Sales Rep, RSM, BUD, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams on validating tickets related to:Customer AlignmentPayment IssuesPayout AdjustmentsReporting IssuesNew Employee set-upSet-up and maintenance of quotas, change processing and PTQ report troubleshooting for all Divisions.Validate monthly PTQ and FORMA dashboards display accurate PTQ calculations. Troubleshoot discrepancies working with BU and Forma to resolveGather annual award measurement criteria from BU. Work with FORMA to ensure proper measurement of metrics for awards is setup and produced for BU review and approval prior to deadlineAble to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages and reports.Seek out areas of operational improvement and recommend and own the development of more efficient and automated portfolio management and support.Works with Financial Compliance Analyst to maintain annual Sarbanes Oxley program and audit of internal controlsResponsible for ad-hoc analysis and information requests from business unit leadersOther duties as assignedWhat You NeedBachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business/Accounting/Finance or Human Resources0+ years’ experience in sales compensation or sales operations administrationQualificationsStrong Microsoft Excel skills (designing, building and maintaining files) and analytical mindsetGood understanding of finance/accounting principles, procedures and their applicationsKnowledge of compensation planning and processes including modelling compensation programsStrong organizational skills with a proven ability to handles multiple priorities and manage projects to timely conclusionAbility to manage highly confidential and sensitive informationStrong initiative, ownership, and attention to detailPossess the ability to think ‘outside the box’ in relation to process improvement and data integrityKnow someone at StrykerBe sure to have them submit you as a referral prior to applying for this position.
