Keeping the customer and requirements squarely in focus, people who deliver safe and robust solutions.What you will do:You will develop and implement national product launches, product phase out and product support and maintenanceYou will develop and manage a complete marketing program for the successful introduction, marketing and sale of the productsYou will make recommendations regarding product improvements on existing products and on the feasibility of new product developmentYou will establish, monitor and manage product life cycles (forecasting) and set minimum and maximum levels for products within portfolioYou will develop education program opportunities including consulting contracts, agenda creation and one-on-one learning opportunitiesYou will represent the specific portfolio at regional, national and international conferences, meetings and symposiaYou will develop strategic business plans to respond to trends and aggressively grow the specific portfolioYou will provide recommendations, strategic plans and insight to senior management regarding the specific portfolio and how to exceed market growth in that portfolioYou will provide support to the sales force through product information, in-service and trial support, troubleshooting, assistance with product information sessions, promotion of new products, and representation for the portfolio at industry conferences and Stryker sponsored eventsYou will manage the development and distribution of marketing materials and promotions for the specific portfolio and curriculum for educational initiativesYou will manage statistical sales reporting systems to provide market trend analysis reportsWhat you need:University Degree required – (Sciences/Kinesiology and/or Business or Marketing)1+ years of experience in Marketing or SalesBilingual is an assetMedical background or experience an assetInternal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be consideredKnow someone at StrykerBe sure to have them submit you as a referral prior to applying for this position.
