  • take orders from customers
  • take and deal with customer phone calls, must be comfortable taking phone calls
  • deal with customer inquires and questions
  • process and handle online orders
  • package takeout orders
  • have knowledge regarding menu items and dietary/allergy restrictions
  • make milkshakes & salads
  • help out with other restaurant tasks
  • work in a fast paced environment
