Position responsibilities include receiving, restocking, picking, packaging and auditing of products, as well as housekeeping duties associated with maintaining an organized, clean and safe work environment. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Distribution team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values.Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperationResponsible to live and drive Stryker’s values: Integrity, Accountability, Performance and PeopleFunctional Responsibilities:Lift and move medium and heavier weight items (up to 50 pounds)Navigate small to medium size laddersAble to work on your feet for long periods of time, including standingPick, pack, and accurately confirm goods prior to shipmentPrepare and maintain records of items shippedExamine stock and distribute goods in inventory and in other areasWhat you needHigh School Diploma required.
