Job Description

Location:115 Hamilton Street North, Waterdown, Ontario, L0R 2H6Friendly & Energetic, with a passion for food and commitment to our customers.   • Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
  • To serve customers in a courteous manner, assisting with any questions by having good product knowledge of merchandise.
  • To actively approach customers in a friendly manner to determine their needs.
  • To recommend and sell Seafood and related products and services to customers.
  • To receive, unload and store merchandise to designated sections as orders are received.
  • To direct staff and assume responsibility for the department in the absence of the manager as required.
  • To prepare and package merchandise for displays, to fill and maintain displays, ensuring merchandise meets Company standards.
  • To ensure the general maintenance of the department, meeting with all sanitation and safety standards.
  • To perform other duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities, ensuring customer service and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
  • Proven organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
