Job SummaryAs a landscape/property maintenance crew member, you will be a part of a team of people who manage installations and maintenance of commercial & residential properties in Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Mississauga. Can turn into full time employment. Our head office is just outside Burlington.Responsibilities and DutiesDuties include but not limited to:· Garden maintenance – cultivating, weeding, perennial care, pruning· Operate small equipment like backpack blowers, trimmers, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers etc.· Planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals· Building gardens – site setup, digging and wheel barrowing, planting, and mulching· Physically capable of lifting, wheelbarrowing, repetitive tasks· Turf Maintenance with operation of a variety of landscape equipmentQualifications and SkillsWhat you bring: · High school diploma· Landscaping experience not required but preferred· Drivers License Preferred· Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions· Team oriented, positive & able to complete all tasks assigned· Problem solving & communication skills· Hard working and self-motivatedWhat we offer: · Competitive hourly wage· Comprehensive benefits package· Company matched RRSP savings plan· Safe/positive working environment with opportunity for full time permanent placementIf this sounds like you, please do not hesitate to forward your resume.
