Position responsibilities include; receiving and restocking of instrument and implant kits, bi-yearly inventory counts, assembling new kit additions, as well as the packaging of our loaner instrument and implant sets for shipping. In addition, housekeeping duties associated with maintaining an organized, clean and safe work environment. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Operations team while championing Stryker’s Mission & Values. Individual Responsibilities: Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation Responsible to live and drive Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance Functional Responsibilities: Accepts loaner requests from Sales Coordinators Communicates backorders to Sales Coordinators and Sales Representatives when appropriate Pick all daily surgery orders and assemble accompanying documentation in preparation for shipping Maintain all kits by managing replacements and assembling additional kits as required Maintain records of received goods, alerting appropriate personnel of receipt discrepancies Conducts bi-yearly inventory counts of all sub-inventories Lift and move medium and heavier weight items Pick, pack, and accurately confirm goods prior to shipment Prepare and maintain records of items shipped Other duties as assigned by your Manager,Knowledge & Skill Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional image at all times Accuracy is essential for data entry skills Knowledge of proper lifting/body mechanic techniques Superior time management skills, ability to manage multiple functions and adhere to daily deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced environment Education & Qualifications Completed post-secondary education program required Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be consideredKnow someone at StrykerBe sure to have them submit you as a referral prior to applying for this position.
