People who bring strategic direction and drive for execution to ensure products are developed and launched with precision.What you will do:You will develop and implement national product launches, product phase out and product support and maintenance plansYou will develop and manage a complete marketing program for the successful introduction, marketing and sale of the productsYou will identify measurable KPIs to ensure program impactYou will monitor and manage product life cycles (forecasting) and portfolio messagingYou will assist with the development of strategic business plans to respond to trends and aggressively grow the specific portfolioYou will provide recommendations and insights to management regarding the specific portfolioYou will conduct VOC and gather market insights regionally to drive strategic planningYou will provide support to the sales force through product information, customer visits, troubleshooting, assistance with product information sessions, promotion of new products, nurse in-servicing and medical education meetingsYou will manage the development and distribution of marketing materials and promotions for the specific portfolio and curriculum for educational initiativesYou will provide support and pricing to the marketing and sales managers for RFPs including recommendations for price points, product selections and configurations, as well as provide product information for the proposalYou will manage statistical sales reporting systems to provide market trend analysis reportsYou will assist with development and execution of MedEd program as part of the overall Sales & Marketing plans to support education of HCPs and the development of Canadian specific outcomesYou will identify and execute sales training plans for assigned portfolioWhat you need:University Degree (Preferably in Sciences/Kinesiology, HealthCare and/or Business or Marketing) preferred; completed post-secondary education program required3+ years in Marketing preferredMedical background or experience an assetBilingual an asset (French and English)Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be consideredKnow someone at StrykerBe sure to have them submit you as a referral prior to applying for this position.
