Bilingual Marketing CoordinatorSupport a dynamic marketing operations team in the insurance industry through a bilingual, client-facing coordination role. This 6-month hybrid contract offers variety, pace, and the chance to work with advisors across Canada. The role involves high-level customer service to advisors, coordinating digital and marketing support initiatives, and maintaining operational tools and processes in both English and French. This is a junior to intermediate-level opportunity ideal for a self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:• Provide support in English and French via email (Outlook) and Wrike, ensuring inquiries are addressed accurately and efficiently.• Triage and complete advisor service and marketing requests.• Own and maintain the team’s canned responses and operational knowledge base.• Monitor and report monthly trends in advisor inquiries.• Support Hearsay onboarding/offboarding and advisor profile maintenance.• Coordinate email communications and digital asset setup for French-language initiatives.• Maintain contact lists and help ensure data accuracy in marketing systems.• Execute various administrative and project coordination duties across the team.What you will need to succeed:• 5+ years of experience in administration or customer service.• Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.• Customer-first mindset and proactive approach to issue resolution.• Experience in the financial or insurance industry is an asset.• Familiarity with Wrike and Hearsay is an advantage.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2504511) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
