Job Description

Position OverviewWe are looking for a Qualified Office / Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results in both marketing and customer relations.Responsibilities

  • Organize and Clean Office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed
Qualifications
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain organization of scheduling
  • Ability to complete assigned work on time with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to use computerized programs to carry out daily office work using platforms such as Google Drive, Docs and Spread Sheet
  • Capable of understanding and carrying out verbal and written instructions
  • Comply with all company policies and regulations
  • Able to take direction well and work in a team environment
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills to deal with clients
  • Good work ethic and must be punctual
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma
  • First Aid skills and/or certificates are considered assets
  • Valid G2 Class driver’s license
Part-time hours: 40 per weekJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $16.00-$25.00 per hourAdditional pay:
