  • Reconcile general ledgers and maintain proper working paper for review and record keeping.
  • Post journal entries such as accounting accrual, depreciation, prepaid expenses, etc. and maintain respective working papers.
  • Enter/receive, manage Items, process Pos, sales orders
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are posted and cleared within the same period.
  • Update various account schedules and workbooks
  • Ensure month end, quarter end and year end deadlines are met
  • Back up and vacation coverage for other team members
  • Order Tracking and Tracing
  • Recording of information in various operating system
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Other tasks, as required
A successful Accounting & Logistics Coordinator will possess the following:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, and other office technology
  • An eye for detail along with excellent problem-solving, mathematical, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Exhibits solid judgment and decision-making ability
  • Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Professionalism in working with the public and the ability to weigh discretion and confidentiality
