Job DescriptionAs the Supply Chain Intern, you will be responsible for:

Analyzing backlog reports and initiate proactive communication with vendors to expedite product procurement
Maintaining and monitoring expedite emails daily; provide responses and updates within 24/48hrs
Execution of planning processes such as stocking strategies for materials
Entry, confirmation and management of purchase orders
Inventory management and flow for assigned material including stock levels and Total Coverage Time
Managing production schedules to meet customer requirements and best utilize available capacity; work with production/manufacturing team to align manpower requirements
Entry, confirmation, and management of sales orders, including forecast alignment
Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives
