Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Marketingamp; Sales Support Coordinator ensures the successful development and maintenance of the Bylands brand and execution of sales and marketing initiatives:

  • Photographs in-season product, edits images, and organizes/maintains photography storage to provide an image database for sales and marketing programs.
  • Provides input for the Bylands brand by utilizing brand strategy to drive decision making for creative elements such as label design, website development, and social media strategy.
  • Acts as the main contact engaging with customers via social media and web channels.
  • Assists with development of marketing materials to achieve sales goals throughout the season.
  • Coordinates yearly calendar.
  • Supports Sales team as needed, primarily through order entry during peak shipping periods and providing necessary materials.
  • Works closely and provides information to operationsamp; logistics staff to organize the shipments of programs to US customers.
  • Ensures database is updated for US export of plant material (APHIS) and organizes CFIA inspections.
  • Assists with additional projects and administrative responsibilities as discussed with direct Managers.
