As a Registered Nurse, you #39;ll provide team leadership, develop care plans, assess unstable residents, and execute various nursing interventions, including medication administration, treatment, and patient transfers.About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse at our Kelowna communities, you are a key leader in delivering compassionate, person-centred care. You support residents with complex health needs while fostering strong relationships within the team and broader community. • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards.
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and manage complex health conditions.
• Develop and implement person-centred care plans.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Participate in quality improvement and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Model Baptist Housing’s ministry values and practice servant leadership.
• Work in a vibrant and scenic community in Kelowna, located in the Okanagan Valley.

Available Lines*Part time night line of .60 FTE is currently available (includes benefits)Shift schedule is 2230-0630 - Thursday-Saturday #39;s*Casual opportunities are also available.Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
• A member in good standing or eligible for membership with British Columbia College of Nursesamp; Midwives (BCCNM)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Food Safe Certificate
• Experience as a nurse in a long-term care environment, preferably.
