You will oversee the day-to-day coordination, supervision, and future development of all clinical programs, ensuring they meet the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of residents. Working closely with the Administrator and key partners, you will ensure that care programs align with our person-centred Wellness Model and support resident autonomy, dignity, and privacy. In this role, you will lead strategic planning and monitor quality improvement initiatives. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards of nursing practice and ensuring compliance with professional, legal, and organizational requirements.
