What you possess:

• Current Personal Training certification
• A passion and interest for fitness
• Experience working in sales driven environment
• Proven success in achieving monthly KPI’s and quotas
• 5+ years of customer service experience

QualificationsYou will focus on:

• Sales, expenses, and budgets
• Employee development, including recruitment, training, coaching, performance management and accountability
• Member experience

To start you will be an Acting Interim Fitness Manager working closely with a Regional Fitness Director and General Manager at a club during an individualized onboarding period (up to 120 days).Upon successful completion of the onboarding process, you will transition into a permanent Fitness Manager role at an appropriate club. This comprehensive onboarding plan was developed to ensure new managers have the talents and skills to be successful with our company.We strive to ensure that all of our team members are set up for success and, as such, will provide you with the proper tools and training to continuously grow.Key Fitness Manager onboarding training components include:

• CRM Training (VFP, JONAS, TechnoGym, Maintenance Connect, etc.)
• Leadership training including:

o Strengths based managemento Arbingero Recruiting, hiring & performance managemento Employment law and employment standards

• Payroll and sales management
• Personal training and group fitness management
• Member experience management
• Facilities management
