Job Description

Wild Rose Rural Electrification Association Ltd. (WRREA) is a not-for-profit member owned electrical utility provider. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Westlock, Alberta.This is a full time Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM role.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Respond to Member inquiries made in person, over the phone or via email
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Processing Member utility account payments
  • Organize, maintain and coordinate office records
  • Cleaning
  • Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Common sense is a must
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn
