The Administrative Assistant will work closely with our Service Department, and is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service as well as performing general administrative support for the dealership. Job Duties:
  • Perform accounting duties such as accounts payable, cash transactions, deposits and receivables
  • Post journals and transactions for customer pay within the Service Department
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department/individual
  • Communicate with callers and greet visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
  • Administer and manage inbound and outbound mail
  • Assist with data entry as needed
  • Provide other general clerical support to the Service Department as required
Ideal Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to make a positive first impression
  • Superior communication and inter-personal skills on the phone, in email and in person
  • Ability to effectively multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in administration and/or reception
