RequirementsMust-Haves:

• A valid real estate license in Quebec.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to dedicate 20+ hours per week to leasing activities.
• Comfortable working in a commission-only role.
• Desire to build a robust portfolio and establish a long-term career in real estate.

Nice-to-Haves:

• A car and driver’s license (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Less than two years of industry experience with a focus on rentals.
• Fluency in French and/or Mandarin
