Job Description

The Power BI Specialist will be responsible for developing interactive visual reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and communicate information from complex datasets.Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop Power BI solutions for data collection, storage, and visualization from Dynamic 365 and Dataverse.
  • Design and create interactive reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data visualization requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement best practices in data visualization and report design to ensure clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Optimize Power BI queries for performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues for Power BI users.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.

What You Need:
  • University degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Power BI developer or in a similar role, with substantial experience in creating complex reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Financeamp; Operations, is an asset.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
  • Experience in integrating Power BI reports into other applications (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Microsoft Power BI certification(s) are an asset.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to manage priorities and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with experts from other disciplines and fields of expertise.
  • Structured working style and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
