Apply today and take the first step towards an exciting new career with CellCarta!SummaryThe Project Management Administrator - Life Sciences is responsible for the administration, maintenance, lite configuration, and governance of the system across the organization. The ideal candidate will have working experience with Planview AdaptiveWork or similar PM tool, an aptitude for information technology, and project management skills.ResponsibilitiesMore specifically, you will participate in the following:

  • Subject Matter Expert for AdaptiveWork functionalities;
  • Lead the Planview AdaptiveWork governance committee;
  • External (Planview) and internal point of contact;
  • Responsible for leading the roadmap for developing Planview into a unified global tool;
  • Facilitate and monitor user account updates, including the creation, modification, deactivation, and termination processes. Regulate license assignments;
  • Provide trainings and support to new and existing users;
  • Support the Project Managers with the creation of their plan and other functionalities;
  • Build Reports and Dashboards;
  • Project Manage new release of additional functionalities;
  • Manage the budget;
  • Utilize AdaptiveWork’s configuration engine (custom fields, workflow rules, validation rules, and custom actions) to drive Business Process Automation;
  • Gather feedback from internal teams and make appropriate updates as applicable;
  • Perform system maintenance;
  • Ensure teams are updating the system regularly and collect system reports for the same;
  • Develop quality control metrics as applicable;
  • Report on tool implementation progress to leadership;
  • Regular Communication to users via email, newsletters, Teams channel, SharePoint;
  • Maintain SharePoint / Teams site.
Education
  • Bachelor’s of Science.
Main Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management and using project management tools.Planview AdaptiveWork preferred;
  • Experience in managing project management tool implementations a plus;
  • Ability to take charge and lead any changes to the tool; solid understanding of the business to be able to recommend improvements;
  • Experience with AdaptiveWork or other project management software customization with issue types, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, user/group access controls, notifications, scheme settings, post functions/validators/conditions with workflow transitions a plus;
  • Global / inter-business unit thinker;
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail.
