Job Description

Kickstart your career in insurance with a flexible, fully remote position! We’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll receive comprehensive training, guidance, and support as you learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry while helping clients find the coverage they need.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in selecting the best insurance policies to meet their needs
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients through warm leads, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct virtual meetings and consultations to explain insurance products and benefits
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Sales experience or an interest in sales preferred but not required
  • Must be self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Willingness to pursue insurance licensing (company will provide guidance and support)
