Job Description

Comtech (Communication Technologies) Ltd. is an integrated communications company providing state-of-the-art telecommunication solutions. Comtech provides research and development, design, implementation, construction, and maintenance services, ensuring exceptional quality, high-performance systems.The Administrator is required to perform an array of administrative functions for Comtech (Communication Technologies) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience in a variety of tasks.Responsibilities:

  • Travel bookings
  • Corporate fuel card management & postings
  • Ad hoc reports as required
  • Administrative projects as required
  • General office and administrative duties as required
  • Identifying and reporting data issues
Requirements:
  • Strong administration & data entry experience
  • High level of attention to detail & ability to follow direction
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience working across projects an advantage
  • Above average skills in Excel and MS word
  • Bookkeeping skills are considered an asset
  • Quickbooks experience is an asset
  • Enthusiastic and strong work ethic
  • Business admin education is considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per yearEducation:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
