Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain equipment in a safe and responsible mannerHousekeeping of department ensuring it is organized, clean, and provides a safe working environmentTo be responsible for following standard rotation of productsTo scale, mix, bake, finish, and decorate in accordance with approved company procedures and standards following standardized formulasTo load/unload ovens as per approved procedures and standardsTo consistently ensure sufficient quantity on hand to meet customer needs without producing more than requiredTo be responsible for training all existing and new bakery techniques, as directed by ManagerEnsure proper storage of all ingredients, supplies, and baked goodsHandles product to ensure damaged and markdowns are limitedThoroughly clean and sanitize all bakery equipment and utensils each dayTo follow all cleaning schedules as per standardsQualificationsPrevious baking experience is requiredJourneyman baking certificate an assetMust Be Available to Work Night/Early Morning ShiftsQuick Apply
