To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.prairieskyco-op.crs.What you’ll do:Reporting to the Lumber Manager, the Lumber Clerk ensures a positive customer experience and provides customers with a high-level of product knowledge to assist with purchase decisions. This position will focus on customer relations while supporting the overall growth, sales, and profitability of the site. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Promote high level customer satisfaction and develop relationships through trust, service, and integrity
  • Respond to general customer inquiries and be familiar with store promotions, bulletins, and updates.
  • Handles and records transactions through the point of sale terminal and prepare daily cash reconciliations.
  • Assisting with deliveries by pulling orders, assisting with inventories.
  • Monitors, organizes and stocks merchandise. This includes removing any damaged or empty products and ensuring all products are properly faced, priced and signed.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
Who you are:You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
  • You are available to work weekends
  • You are capable of lifting up to 50lbs
  • You have 3+ years related experience in a customer service or experience in construction or similar setting.
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts including opening and closing shifts as required. Must be available weekends.
