We offer 273 newly refurbished elegant guest rooms and suites; a luxury Spa and a top ratedFour Seasons Resort Whistler is located at the foot of Blackcomb and Whistler. The resort is a five-minute walk to the ski lifts and a 10-minute stroll to the village center, making it the perfect location for a rustic adventure any time of year.Our guest rooms are spacious, beautifully re-styled in December, 2019, the refurbished rooms and suites pay close attention to the unique placement of Whistler – a secluded retreat, just an hour and a half away from the international destination of Vancouver.In December 2020, we completed a property-wide enhancement with the launch of Braidwood Tavern, a craft kitchen and social house conceived in collaboration with celebrated chef and restauranteur Richard Sandoval, along with a re-imagined SIDECUT Steakhouse, both designed by Box Interior Design.Your job:This list is not all –inclusive and should only be used as an overview of all actual responsibility.

  • Issue access card for new employees based on their work area and update exiting ones.
  • Assign new employees to Keywatcher and grant access to their department keys
  • Audit Keywatcher daily and generate incident report for any discrepancies
  • Log lost and found and ensure it is well labeled and properly stored
  • Respond to guests’ lost and found inquiries
  • Coordinate and ship recovered lost and found items to guests via Fedex
  • Continuously monitor the facility through CCTV for both internal and external security threats and risks
  • Report malfunctions in any security system; access control, CCTV, Key watcher… to Security manager.
  • Order first aid supplies and replenish first aid kits on the property
  • Ensure AED (Automated defibrillator are function properly)
  • Advise security manager and hotel manager on security and safety related issues
  • Ensure compliance with both corporate and local security policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports and conduct preliminary investigations of security related incidents
  • Following up on pending HotSOS requests for the Engineering department
  • Facilitating purchase orders
  • Any other tasks related to the admin function in the Security/Engineering department.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Impeccable integrity to ensure maximum confidentiality and discretion.
  • Exemplary business communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle conflicting demands.
  • Exceptional organization of personal work as well as others’ schedules and needs.
  • Highly flexible with ability to adapt to a dynamic luxury service-oriented place of business.
  • Solid under pressure, professional and able to maintain composure in handling challenges and complaints
  • Strong attention-to-detail with a focus on delivering quality while meeting deadlines
  • Successful candidates must possess the ability to work in Canada
