The regionally focused menu melds local flavours to showcase the best of nearby farms and waters.JOB SUMMARY:The Bartender will support the bar program, creating classic and innovative drinks for guests both directly at the bar and through front-of-house staff.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(Other tasks may be assigned as required)Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guestsInteract with guests, creating an excellent proactive memorable guest experienceComply will all beverage regulationsMaintain and execute on the bar cleaning checklistsAssist with managing the beverage program’s inventoryWork collaboratively as a key member of a large teamREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Proven frontline customer service experience in a premium settingStrong knowledge of the primary liquor types and how they interact with mixers and juicesValid Serving it Right certificateFamiliarity with mixologyWine knowledge is an assetHave a natural ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, including listening skillsDisplay a professional presentationFlexibility to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with varying start timesThe ability to be physically active for most of the shift; standing, reaching, bending, and liftingWe Offer:Extended health benefits after 6 months of employmentFlexible scheduleStaff mealsThis position will remain open until filled.Quick Apply
