Job Description

Black Diamond Bikes are looking to hire bike rental technicians to assist with customer bike rentals.Bike Rentals Technician

  • Creating rental bookings in store and over the phone.
  • Creating servicing bookings.
  • Processing payments for rental and retail.
  • Waivering all rental customers.
  • Setting up rental bikes for customers.
  • Offering customers local knowledge and route advice.
  • Processing completed rentals - checking out bookings, cleaning: bikes, helmets armor etc.
  • Offering advice on retail/parts/servicing and completing sales through our POS System.
Preferred Experience
  • Customer service experience.
  • Retail shop experience.
  • Previous bike retail/rental service experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, SeasonalContract length: 2.5 monthsPart-time hours: 40 per weekSalary: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:
