Job Description

Matrix is hiring a Drywaller for our amazing client in Whistler, BC. The pay rate is $36/hr. The candidates who qualify will receive LOA ($50/day), Hotel Accommodations, and travel.Drywaller is responsible for the following:

  • Measuring, cutting and installing drywall sheets
  • Tear out old or damaged drywall
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners- Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks using trowel and broad knife
  • Tape and embed joints
  • Texturing of all types
  • Site preparation and protection
  • Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must have own mudding & tapping tools
  • 5 year minimum of Drywall experience
  • Full PPE
  • CSTS 20
Qualifications:
  • Fall protection preferred
