Whether you enjoy skiing and snowboarding, golfing on championship courses, dining at award-winning restaurants or taking on the worlds best mountain bike park, indulge in a variety of enriching experiences when you stay at one of our two Whistler hotels - Pan Pacific Mountainside or Pan Pacific Village Centre.The RoleAs Food & Beverage Supervisor you will:

  • Preparing the schedule of the Food & Beverage team including Breakfast, Banquet, Après and Club Lounge.
  • Welcome, onboard and train new Food & Beverage associates.
  • Performs all duties of Servers in any of the outlets including Breakfast, Banquet, Après and Club Lounge - such as serving, setup, tear down and refreshing of banquet rooms.
  • Ensures cleanliness and upkeep of all work areas.
  • Ensures that all inventory and beverage stations are continuallyprepped, stocked and clean, and that any guest requests are met.
  • Monitoring the inventory of supplies, equipment, and furniture and order accordingly.
  • Assists with monthly Inventory process.
  • Ensures that proper Health & Safety training is being implemented with new associates and that Health & Safety procedures are practiced on a continual basis.
  • Ensures all duties on task list are completed.
  • Supervise the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlets. Do this by ensuring rooms are set up properly and on time; ensure that all BEO requirements are met; monitoring staff attendance and performance.
  • Provides Leadership to all F&B associates.
  • Ensures that the all-banquets rooms and F&B venues are in impeccable condition at all times and any deficiencies in the room are immediately reported to hotel Maintenance.
  • Assisting with planning the layout and logistics of events.
  • Assisting with the setting up and managing staff shifts and timetables.
  • Managing the setup of events.
Talent Profile
  • Previous supervisory and F&B experience.
  • Personable, professional, mature individual with high grooming standards and exceptional service standards.
  • Must hold FoodSafe and Serving It Right certification.
  • Knowledge of Micros point of sale system an asset.
  • Fluent in English, a second language is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of food, wine and other beverages.
