PURPOSEThe maintenance technician is responsible for daily maintenance of the resort property, ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained as well as assisting in preventative maintenance measures.QUALIFICATIONS
  • Good knowledge of all engineering aspects of a full-service hotel including plumbing, electrical, TV, phones, painting.
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role within a hotel environment preferred
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
  • Ability to operate related tooling
  • Ability to monitor and adjust pool and spa conditions accordingly
  • Team player and a self-starter, able to work independently and effectively as required
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to deal with others effectively
