Job Description

As a Marketing Representative Lead you would be responsible for:

  • Assists in hiring, coaching and training IH Marketing team members.
  • Assists management in achieving/exceeding departmental monthly budgets through personal and team production.
  • Assists with implementing department initiatives to increase productivity while maintaining a positive demeanor and work environment at all times towards Members, Guests and Team Members.
  • Initiates and suggests plans to motivate team members to achieve weekly/monthly tours and Sales goals.
  • Ensures team members are using company-approved pitches at all times when speaking to Members.
  • Responsible for individual production and consistently achieving established production standards as outlined in department compensation plan.
  • Communicates the customer needs and interests to management so the Company will continue to change based on the Market’s needs.
  • Communicates information to prospective clients regarding the area’s locations and activities.
  • Ensures OPC team members and locations represent high standards of quality: appropriate and approved work attire at all times, good hygiene practices for individuals, professional appearance and organizational cleanliness of locations.
  • Ensures OPC team members consistently have all tools and collateral to perform their jobs stocked at their respective locations.
  • Responsible for attending all In-House, Regional, Staff meetings and trainings, as requested by management.
  • Consistently practices and maintains the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
  • Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QualificationsTo fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum two (2) years of experience in the Vacation Ownership field required.
  • A minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in the Marketing/Vacation Ownership field required.
