Job Description

Summary:The Adventure Group’s (TAG) mission is to create spectacular experiences for people that lead to moments of personal growth. Providing a high level of guest service, professionalism and safety, the Village Shuttle Driver is integral in ensuring our guests are transported safely between the village and our Cougar Mountain base.Responsibilities and Deliverables:
  • Conduct mandatory pre-trip and post-trip mandatory checks on vehicles
  • Keeping the inside and outside of the vehicle clean, presentable and professional
  • Provide operational guidance and support to ensure shuttle buses operate and comply with all safety regulations as it pertains to COVID-19
  • Ensure compliance in all aspects of TAG’s SOP’s related to COVID-19
  • Provide Management feedback and input to improve safety processes and as it pertains to running shuttle buses while keeping our guests and employees safe from COVID-19
  • Ensuring fluids at proper levels and vehicle is adequately fueled at all times
  • Notifying Management of any potential issues with the vehicles
  • Providing a safe and comfortable trip for the guests
  • Communicating professionally via the radio and in person with the Dispatcher, Guest Service Agents and Operations team
  • Offer great guest experience and represent The Adventure Group and partners in a positive and professional manner
  • Welcome guests and provide information as needed (length of trip, etc)
  • Respond to guest’s questions and enquiries
  • TAG is proud to have a dynamic team who roll up their sleeves to get the work done. As such, this role may require helping out other team members and departments as needed
