In this role, you will oversee shipping operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of waybills, shipping documents, and international shipment paperwork. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics processes and maintain compliance with international shipping regulations.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process waybills, shipping documents, and customs paperwork for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and trade agreements.
• Track and resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and shipping documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of waybill processing, customs documentation, and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
