The Office Manager/ will report to the President and be responsible for managing a five-person office. You will need to provide overall leadership, direction, and management working closely with the President to ensure all new and existing job/project deadlines are met. You will assist the President with the quoting of jobs and be responsible for sourcing supplier costs. You will be responsible for administrative support to the President and other team members as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Management- Manage daily operations maintaining an efficient office environment- Developing/implementing procedures and policies regarding office activities- Organize weekly agendas- Assist President with quotes and obtain quote specs- Source supplier costs- Oversee Task ManagerTask Manager- Oversee and ensure deadlines are met- Follow-up and report any issues to President- Organize job deadlines and coordinate deliveriesAdministrative Support- Basic reception duties- Answering incoming phone calls- Maintaining contact manager and client specs- Oversee inventory and order supplies as requested- Maintain client stock inventory- Organize deliveries and couriersExpected Start Date: 01/03/2022Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $49,920.00-$56,160.00 per yearSchedule:
