Walker Brothers Landscaping Inc. is looking for experienced snow plow drivers and shovelers committed to a winter contract.Description:Successful candidates will perform snow removal operations for both commercial and residential sites, including - clearing sidewalks, parking lots and roadways using various tools and equipment ranging from snow shovels and snow-blowers to plow trucks.We are hiring for all positions, snow shovelers, plow-truck operators and backup drivers.Duties & Responsibilities:· Ability to work on-call shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays.· Contract Period - November 15, 2022, thru April 15, 2023.· Must be physically fit and able to perform such duties.· Follow all Health and Safety Regulations· Experience shovelling and working with snow blowers· Experience required for snow plow and salt truck drivers.Physical Demands / Work Environment:· Must be comfortable working outside in winter weather conditions to perform the essential duties of these positions.· Must frequently lift/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift/or move up to 50 pounds.Additional Requirements:· Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record for driving roles· Must have own transportation to the yard when on call.Salary & Benefits:· A safe and healthy work environment· A highly competitive salary with a focus on personal growth, participation and integrityThe minimum monthly wage of $1,500.00 is paid weekly, and the hourly pay range is $25.00 - $30.00.
