Evergreen Baptist Housing is looking for Temporary Health Care Support Workers to serve our long-term care at the Evergreen and Pointe Long Term Care Residences in White Rock, BC.Under the direction of the Director of Care, Registered Nurse or another regulated healthcare professional, performs a variety of non-direct and/or non-clinical healthcare supports to clients, residents, families, and/or visitors in long term care, assisted living and home settings in accordance with the established care plan and safety requirements.Qualifications include the enrolment of a Health Career Access Program as a pathway to enter the health sector. Applicants must pass an English proficiency test; pass a criminal record check; and not be currently performing a HCA role and have not previously completed the HCA educational program in BC. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a warm personality and a great sense of humour.Baptist Housing provides enhanced living communities and exceptional care to almost 2000 seniors in British Columbia.
