White Rock Veterinary Hospital is looking for a skilled Practice Manager to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate will have strong communication and people skills, and have some experience in the Veterinary field as well as leadership. About The Role:The Practice Manager (PM) is responsible for ensuring team members deliver a high standard of client care while building positive client relationships. They, along with the facility director, ensure practice compliance with standard operating procedures, hospital protocol and all regulatory authorities. The PM manages the scheduling program that is aligned with budget, approving payroll, vacation and scheduling locum doctors as needed. This person conducts accounting and payable responsibilities and has oversight of inventory management, while monitoring performance against established monthly key performance indicators. The PM will coach and manage the team, outlining performance expectations and providing feedback while promoting an environment of collaboration and respect.Expected Wage Range: $51,000 - $68,000/ YearWhat We Offer:
