***The successful candidate can expect to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (subject to change)***Regular Store Hours: Mon – Sat8:00am – 8:00pmSun 9:00am – 7:00pmRECEIVER TEAM MEMBERAs part of our shipping and receiving team, you are part of the magic that keeps the flow and order of things moving.This role receives incoming products to keep our shelves stocked for our customers so they are able to grab what they need, when they need it. As part of this, you are the “go-to” for day-to-day invoice paperwork and product shipping questions for the team.PERKS:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• You welcome delivery drivers and receive orders that arrive from our vendors and other Nature’s Fare locations each day.
• Quality products is important to us and our customers so you make sure there are no obvious damages to the orders as they come in.
• You manage special customer orders or holds and connect with our customers when they get in.
• Process any paperwork or invoices needed as part of the shipping and receiving process at the store
• Taking pride in your work environment is important which is why the back shelves are organized and clean.
• This position works as part of a team and jumps in to help ensure team members are supported and our products and store look their best!
• In other words, you will help others, share your knowledge on our amazing products, be safe, be a great team player and have fun!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in a similar role would be great, but not needed
• Ability to lift up to 50kg
• A passion for local, organic and sustainable food and natural supplements
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to people’s health and wellbeing
• Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment
• Like to have fun!
