The Sales Associate will excel at executing the Customer Service Strategy and delivering sales results, with their communication of trend and fashion knowledge to the customer.Who You Are:

  • Has a good sense of timing, is a good listener, and can get cooperation with little disruption.
  • Sees ahead clearly, is knowledgeable and has a capability for a big picture perspective.
  • Sets and communicates a clear vision. Drives positive outcomes through objectives and measures.
You Also Have:
  • Fluent in both written and oral French & English
  • Availability to support the Call Center Hours of Operation: Flexible shifts Sunday and Saturday, anytime between 8:00 AM to Midnight may be required
  • Customer Service and/or Call Centre experience
  • Ability to respond to customers, co-workers, and management in a professional and courteous manner
As The Call Centre Sales Associate, You Will:
  • Engage and interact with customers in accordance with the G.R.E.A.T. (Get Ready, Engage, Add Value and Transact) service model
  • Demonstrates the skills, knowledge and behaviors that will demonstrate ultimate customer service standards
  • Adheres to all Company policies, procedures and Code of Conduct
  • Promotes the companys HBC credit and loyalty programs and achieves targets
  • Maintains a professional and productive work environment
  • Complete Point of Sale transaction documents accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
