Adecco is currently hiring for temporary, full-time Production Associates in Tiverton, ON for our client that specialises in the Cannabis Industry.You will work closely with a team to perform various tasks involved in the cultivation, harvesting, trimming, and packaging processes. Pay rate: $17/hour Location: Tiverton, ON Job type: Temporary | Full-time Here #39;s why you should apply: 4% vacation paid weekly Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Conduct daily care and maintenance of plants from clone to harvest Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area at all times, including routine cleaning Weekly sterilization of equipment and infrastructure Harvest and repopulate rooms in an efficient and timely manner Follow all SOPs related to daily work activities to maintain compliance with regulations Maintain general care of tools, technical equipment, and production facilityWork cohesively in a group or independently as required Ability to work in warm conditions Ability to work with and handle disinfection chemicals Moderate computer skills Ability to troubleshoot equipment / machinery Able to follow direction Must show high-level of initiative and passion with respect to growing plants Must be able to work variable shifts Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must have a clear criminal background Must have meticulous attention to detail Capable of lifting 50lbs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to carry out often repetitive tasks at a continuously high level of quality Willingness and flexibility to complete any task that may be requiredMust be at least 19 years of age to work in the Cannabis Industry Personal protective equipment required: safety shoes Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Apply now to get started!
