Job Description

Seeking Labourer/Site Maintenance Helper – Winfield, BCInterior Heavy Equipment Operator School is a private college that offers year-round full-time employment. We believe in changing lives by providing superior customer service and high-quality HEO training.In this role you will use your experience to:

  • Operate Water Truck (requires Class 3 license)
  • Record and Input machine hours into data base weekly
  • Making parts runs as required
  • Pressure washing equipment
  • Stocking Grease Stations/Stocking Washrooms
  • Inventory supplies and parts and report it
  • Fueling equipment and company trucks,
  • Report problems with any site vehicles or site maintenance needs
  • Ensure site is clean and functional at all times
  • Open and close site as required
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Must haves (minimum requirements):
  • Valid class 5 drivers license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to follow instructions with minimal supervision, have a positive attitude and be able to tolerate the physical demands of the job including lifting 50 lbs.
  • To be able to work without supervision, take charge, initiative
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Team player, ability to work well with others
  • Basic equipment operation skills
  • Contribute to positive employee culture by setting the bar on job duties and safety
  • Work well under pressure and deadlines
  • Carpentry/Electrical skills considered an asset
