The Opportunity:Reporting directly to the Group Controller, with a functional line into the Director of Finance for Reesink Canada, the Assistant Group Controller for Reesink Canada Holdings Inc. will become a champion of our ERP and reporting systems, will enhance our process and reporting environment, and become involved in both operational and financial systems.We are looking for a strong team player willing to contribute to a people, process and technology environment.The role will also be integrated into the budget and forecast processes and will be a resource for our annual year end audit functions.Must be willing to travel across the Canadian Prairies for approximately 8 to 10 weeks per annum. In a Typical day, YOU will:Prepare internal financial and management reports, as well as monthly financial reports to external parties.These reports will typically be focused on detailed Income Statement variance analysis and Inventory reporting.Assist in the year-end audit process by coordinating with external auditors, consultants, and internal teams.Review month-end reconciliations of GL accounts to support month-end processes and reporting.Assist with operational accounting matters and support dealership teams as needed.
