Job Description

Job descriptionResponsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories on machines.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as needed.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge in G-code programming.
  • Previous experience operating CNC machines.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks software for assembly purposes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as required.
Shift Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 6:30AM to 3:00PM.
