Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Payroll and Tech Admin at our Wall Street plant. If you are great at staying organized, prioritizing tasks, and have attention to detail; this will be a great opportunity for you. The role of the Tech Admin is primarily to support the areas of payroll and benefit administration along with purchasing requirements for the office and the facility including vendor management. If you have experience as a payroll administratoramp; buyer apply today as this position won #39;t be available for long.Job ResponsibilitiesProviding clericalamp; administrative support to HR for payroll, benefits and employee files Ensuring the accuracy of the information on all payroll related items Responsible for purchasing of all non production related supplies Vendor management of various suppliers Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting), investigating why or how counts are not as expected Monitor daily physical inventory levels of critical components to the facility and adjust inventory levels as required Inform requisitioner when goods are received for non-stock items and distribute them accordingly Monitor and verify all receipts against purchase orders and packaging slips, and interact with accounts payable as necessary Duties as assignedQualificationsCertification in Payroll or Accounting or HR or another related certification - preferred Knowledge of payroll and benefit administration Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems Experience in purchasing for manufacturing facility Training in Business, Inventory and Purchasing Desire to learn Excellent interpersonal skillsYour challenge!Reporting to the Unit #39;s Manager or Controller, the Finance and Administration Technician’s mission is to provide administrative support, especially to the finance and human resources departments, and to perform a wide range of tasks to ensure his or her unit’s smooth operation. You are responsible for greeting visitors, managing calls and internal and external communications, and organizing the unit #39;s activities. As such, you are the team #39;s contact person for any technical or administrative questions and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data integrated into the system. You thus provide your team with all the information they need to fulfill their mandate and achieve their business objectives.Individual responsibilities Accountable Provide administrative support to the local management team Ensure that the data entered into the system is complete and accurateResponsible Assist the unit #39;s sectors in fulfilling their mandate Greet visitors, answer the phone and forward calls Manage incoming mail and courier shipments Manage the supply of work tools, including office supplies Update documents such as telephone lists, and address lists Perform the administrative tasks assigned to you (filing, office management, data entry, meeting preparation, etc.).
