Representing our company in the field, you will identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful business development, strong sales and closing skills, proactive lead generation, and natural relationship-building abilities. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position our products and services.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to customers and the sales manager.
• Customer Support: Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Travel: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including trade shows and national meetings. Overnight travel will be required.

QualificationsQualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record of business development and closing sales is required. Industry experience is not necessary.
• Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and proficiency in Teams meetings.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, solution-oriented, dynamic, and able to work independently. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Travel: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including trade shows and national meetings.
