Printamp; Document Solutions AdvisorLeverage your print production expertise in a high-impact consulting role within the printing industry. This hybrid position in Winnipeg combines client-facing coordination, Web-to-Print platform management, and vendor oversight. Ideal for professionals skilled in digital print, workflow optimization, and project delivery.What is in it for you:• Hourly salary of $23.• 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.• Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.• Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work.Responsibilities: • Act as the primary contact for clients submitting ad-hoc jobs via the W2P Central storefront.• Advise clients on specifications, design adjustments, and cost/time-saving strategies.• Oversee print job routing, production, and delivery using platform dashboards and vendor communication.• Ensure complete documentation for all jobs including proof of delivery, invoicing, and SLA compliance.• Manage exceptions, escalations, and urgent reprints in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.• Coordinate with external PSPs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery per service agreements.• Monitor platform usage, job metrics, and identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.• Onboard new client users and act as a knowledgeable platform advocate on their behalf.• Translate business needs into execution-ready print job parameters.• Support compliance tasks such as audit trails and document archival, especially for regulated clients.• Contribute to reviews and discussions on platform performance and enhancements.What you will need to succeed:• +5 years of experience in the print industry (digital, litho, and direct mail).• Strong knowledge of print production workflows and vendor sourcing.• Hands-on experience with Web-to-Print tools (PrintGizmo, DHCPS W2P, XMPie, WebCRD, or similar).• Familiarity with Print MIS tools and invoicing systems such as SAP.• Excellent project coordination and client relationship management skills.• Proven ability to manage high volumes of requests in fast-paced environments.• Strong attention to detail, especially with data, document quality, and brand standards.• Experience with tax compliance in print communications is a plus.• Comfortable shifting priorities and managing multiple jobs concurrently.• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, walk large sites, and assess production locations.• Professional demeanor and appearance in alignment with client expectations.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2504511) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
