Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee governance, manage risk, and ensure the successful delivery of this large-scale digital health transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams with direct performance management responsibilities.
  • Oversee project governance and risk management frameworks.
  • Manage program and project budgets, track costs, allocate resources, and oversee interdependencies across complex workstreams.
  • Drive technology and process change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Implement and support CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, within healthcare or similar sectors.
  • Develop and evaluate RFPs to support IT solution procurement.
  • Support the implementation of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) systems and practices in healthcare environments.
  • Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders through superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Contribute to strategy development and organizational planning.
Required Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (must be submitted with application
  • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience, including leadership of cross-functional teams and oversight of governance and risk.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a Project or Program Manager role overseeing budget, resource management, and delivery of technology business, and process changes.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience implementing the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Experience developing and evaluating RFPs for IT solution selection (minimum 1 year).
  • Experience with ITSM systems implementation in healthcare (minimum 1 year).
  • 5+ years of demonstrated leadership involving strategic planning, communication with executive teams, and stakeholder engagement.
