CentiMark Ltd. is seeking an ambitious and driven individual for an Entry-Level Regional Business Development/Estimator role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a reputable company while gaining hands-on experience in the commercial roofing industry.About the Position:This role will support the Regional Sales Team by identifying new business opportunities, marketing CentiMark Ltd. #39;s services, and providing estimating support to drive growth in the Manitoba region. The position includes a structured training program, starting with 3-6 months of fieldwork to learn the trade before transitioning into a Business Development and Estimating role.CentiMark Ltd. has a proven track record of promotion from within—those who start in this position often grow into Senior Sales, Estimating, or Management roles.This role offers a salary of $45k - $52k, plus Commissions/Bonus, Company Vehicle and Benefits after 3 months!Candidate Qualifications:

• Previous sales or marketing experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region (including overnight travel as needed)
• Ability to ascend ladders and work at elevated positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• While previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred, CentiMark Ltd. values a willingness to learn and a coachable attitude as key assets for success in this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and prospect potential customers, including cold calling and outreach
• Promote CentiMark Ltd. #39;s features, benefits, and values
• Schedule introductory calls and meetings with potential clients
• Assist the regional sales team with targeted marketing efforts
• Participate in networking events and industry organizations such as BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA, and Hospital Engineering
• Coordinate and attend trade shows that align with our customer base
• Develop proficiency in estimating and proposal writing
• Conduct joint sales calls with regional sales staff
• Work with the Super Regional Representative to identify and develop key targets
